Hi, My name is Virginia and I have been trying to loose 8 kilos since forever. Glad to have found this thread. Today, I decided to stop fooling myself and log all my food including my incessant snacking. I am 64 years old, 5ft 4 inches and weigh 73.5 kilos. Hoping to loose 3 kilos by the 10th of March. Agree fully on accountability! It has been the same for me. The only time I have lost weight was when I was part of a weight loss support group with weekly weigh ins. I have put on a significant amount of weight in the last few months due to a knee injury and I know that dropping a few kilos would really help with…

Hi, I am making a fresh start today after several missteps on my diet and food logging goals. I intend to loose 5 kilos in the next 4 months and hope we can motivate and keep each other accountable by acknowledging our wins as well as our losses. Good luck everyone
