My name is Donna. I am 5’ 5” tall, 63 years old and from the Michigan USA. In 2016 I weighed 253 lbs. I am on a journey of health and to get back to the real me.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150’s

Starting Weight (from Dec 31st): 183.8
    Goal: 179.8 (Four lb Loss)
    Actual Ending Weight: xxxxx
**********************ONE DAY, ONE STEP, ONE DECISION AT A TIME********************

Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

01/15-183.4-(Trend Weight 181.3)- I feel like the number should be higher after that salty and starchy ham dinner yesterday complete with potatoes, gravy, dinner rolls and more. Sometimes it takes a day or two to really show up on my doorstep, but hopefully that won’t be the case this time. I did not exercise yesterday either to burn anything off but sometimes you just need a rest day.

01/16-183.4-(Trend Weight 181.5)- I thought this would be a bit lower today as yesterday was pretty on-point with diet and exercise. I guess the ham is catching up to me. I did not eat the leftovers yesterday but I probably will today so I guess I’ll see more sodium induced retention, but that should rid itself in the coming days. I do want my body to be able to eat “regular foods” if they are in the right quantity and thoughtfully prepared with my goals in mind.

I thought being snow bound meant I couldn't get my steps in. I was WRONG! I found a 30 minute boosted walking workout on line and just had one of the better workouts of my life. Go me!

Sweet! Which one did you use? I love them!

I’m so excited! Just got my A1C diabetes, glucose test results, and I’m 5.5
This means I’m not even in the pre-diabetic range.
