    I am 53, married, with 4 grown kids and 7 grandkids that I watch during the workweek. I have a wonderful dog named Woody (Labradoodle).

    My wife will be dog-sitting for a friend while they go on vacation for a week. That means I'm "Home Alone". That could be good or bad. Maybe I can do a 36-hour fast while she is gone and move off the 179 mark I seem to be stuck on? She doesn't like it when I fast for a whole day, so this may be a time to sneak one in while she is gone. Ha!
