Strength and Weight Training!

Hello everyone! My small steps are to only drink water for the Month of March, lower my unhealthy carb intake and try to reach 10,000 steps a day at least 5 days a week. I guess I can add I want to add in some light weight training until I get a full routine going.

I think I only get like 8000 a day and that feels so horrible being that I used to get over 20k steps easily. I'm stationary most of the day but if I can make myself get that extra 2000 it would feel like an accomplishment. I understand how you feel.
