  • GuineaMother- I find that I'm absolutely ravenous the days I swim. I definitely "stock up". Usually with a packet of instant oatmel. It gives me a lot more energy and I find I have a much better workout as a result. Hope this helps =)

  • I try my best to estimate the sizing. I think a kitchen scale would be a great investment. As for calories burned through exercise, it all depends on your weight and how hard you work out.
