Current Weight: 165.8 lbs TOTM weigh-in. Have stayed on track, food-wise, so I'm thinking next week will be back to "normal". :)

Current Weight: 164.4 lbs Solid week this week! Have a day full of meetings tomorrow, so planned my movement and food around that, so at least I have a plan! Hope everyone is doing well!

Current Weight: 165.4 lbs It's been a solid week! Stayed on track, got my workouts in, took a rest day midweek because my body needed it! Bought myself some IUGA leggings from Amazon, super comfy and they have pockets! :)

CW: 166.4 lbs Ended up taking the weekend off from planned exercise, but made up for it with a bunch of yardwork instead! Then back at it again today. Been staying on track for food, as well.

Previous weigh-in: 167.0 lbs Curren weigh-in: 167.6 lbs Weight has increased, but more than likely hormonal, so I'm not too worried. Was on track for food and movement all last week. CW: 167.0 lbs The exercise bike arrived on Saturday, took my first ride on it today. I did 10 minutes and survived :smiley: My regular workouts have been doing the 2nd level of a Darebee routine, so I did the 1st level today instead and added it to the time on the bike.

Current Weight: 168.4 lbs Another week down! Had my first labs done in quite a while. There were a few little things that need to be addressed, but luckily, everything is in the "it should take care of itself with weightloss" and not immediately needing medication. This time next week, I should also have an exercise bike…

CW: 168.6 lbs Happy Monday! Things have been busy here, so not as much posting. But still staying on track. Currently snacking on my lunch (grapes, deli turkey, mini tortillas with hummus and a cheese stick)!

Current Weight: 170.6 lbs I'm almost chuckling at my honorable mention above, since my weight fluctuated a bit this week back up .2. Honestly, unsurprised due to what week it is. Going to keep on keeping on!

Going to try finding/creating some sort of workout calendar for myself. When I'm feeling unmotivated, I'm tending to do super short workouts. I'm glad I'm still doing something, but I'd like to do more.

Made homemade turkey burgers for 4th of July dinner. Already pre-tracked tomorrow since I needed a small pivot. Even though I'm on vacation, I'm still ready for the weekend!

Today's workout made me laugh. I decided to do a Get Fit with Rick walking workout. Since I was feeling kind of bored, I opted to do the workout at 1.25x speed. Since I picked the Tina Turner workout, it got really interesting when I hit the faster part of Proud Mary! :D

I've noticed I've been really good about staying on track food-wise, and I'm getting some sort of movement in 4-5 days a week. But I'm struggling with steps. Almost July! I've been taking advantage of being on vacation and trying to level out my sleep. I've actually managed a solid set of hours the last two nights!

@lauren_989 Thanks for asking! Good going in the expansion so far! Today was a day without a plan plan, but still went well. I need to take some time tomorrow and pre-track my week, since that does the most to keep me on track!

Even though much videogaming was done today, I still stayed on track and did a low impact HIIT workout! Grocery list planning and shopping tomorrow!

Vacation reached! Did a short quick workout between finishing up tasks. @lauren_989 Not really going anywhere! I play Final Fantasy 14 and there's new content coming out tomorrow, so that will be where I'm spending most of my time.

I didn't get my workout in today because I spent more time than planned at my sitting desk. The silver lining is as of tomorrow at 5:00 PM, I'm on vacation!

I'm glad I planned this week's workout/rest days in advance! Only clocked in about 2000 steps, but used my standing desk for about four hours of meetings.

Previous Weight: 172.6 lbs Current Weight: 172.6 lbs Well, I was on maintenance calories last week, and I guess my body got the memo! My lunch this week is a little lighter (kind of a snack box given a weird meetings week), so I'll keep an eye out to make sure I'm feeling satiated overall.

Happy Sunday! I spent time today meal prepping my lunches for the week. Tomorrow I will go back to my standard calorie deficit. I'm interested to see what my weigh-in looks like tomorrow morning!

Achy from yesterday's workout, but did another Sydney Cummings one, this one arms and core. Luckily, it's my legs that feel like lead and tomorrow is a rest day :smiley:

Counting down the days until my staycation. Did a Sydney Cummings Houdyshell workout for the first time. Depending on how I feel tomorrow, I may go for heavier weights next time!

Previous Weight: 174.2 lbs Current Weight: 172.6 lbs This week, I'll be tracking while in maintenance mode/a smaller deficit than usual. We're getting a heatwave here this week, so the timing was pretty good. I'm now scheduling in advance when I'll be taking these kinds of deficit breaks to help me remember to do them!
