I am a fan of the climbing portal, it has been rainy in UK so chance to do some zwifting. The climbs just burn more calories for a set amount of time.

196 miles last week 10k elevation. Weight dropped 4kg in 3 weeks using the fast800 diet. 800 calories net, I eat more than 800 based on calories expended riding. New here , have done 3080 miles this year, so hopefully on track to meet my 6000 mile annual target. I try and cycle most days as am stuck at a desk all day working from home, so get I less walking around compared to an office. Did a 37 mile pre work ride today.

Got up at 5:15 then did a 37mile bike ride before work about 1300 calories burnt. Brings this week's total to 121 miles.
