I'm a widower since 2001. From 2001 - 2017 I'd still cook just myself "a full-turkey dinner and all the trimmins". Since my MS diagnosis in 2018, that's too difficult. That's a difficult question to answer for me! For what may motivate me to do something one day, may not work ever again the next day. Before I went on Zoloft in 2017, depression/anxiety/stress caused me to want to withdraw from "the world" and hide under the covers, in bed, with the lights off.
