Around 7️⃣ weeks update: I can now exercise the full 8 minutes without taking any breaks, whereas before I used to take 1-2 breaks to finish the exercise! Let me see where further consistency gets me 😃💪🏻🤍

The positions I’m referring to are casual ones, like running my hand over my head and as it comes down my arm from my shoulder to my hand trembles. Not after exercise and not all of the time, just anytime I move that certain part of the body in those positions that make it tremble
