You are all encouraging me with your grit and optimism. This isn't easy and having a community to share the wins and struggles is so wonderful. Reminding myself this is a lifelong commitment and to take it one day at a time.

Good morning everyone! I'm a day late but have had some success. Today looks good but I have been up and down all week. I upped my protien and calories yesterday and an going to stick with that for a bit. My calorie deficit may be too low based on my strenth training. Or I need a good b.m. (lol), or I had too much sodium,…

I am very interested in joining your group and hope i can contribute. I have had a difficult time understanding how these communities work as far as posting and keeping up but really like being engaged with others on the journey. I lost 60 lbs last year and have been maintaining fairly well. I'm working on building muscle…

Hi everyone. I hope this group is accepting new members. I have yet to figure out how mfp communities work and have been left disappointed with zero interaction. (Other than random men wanting to be friends) not looking for that, just want an accountability group to keep me on track. I've done noom for a year and am not…

I've been on mfp for about a month and am trying to understand how these communities work. Guess it explains alot that they shut down the feed. How do yall stay in touch without it? I was on noon for a year and the community/feed was a huge support to me. Would love to have that here.

Welcome back. I am new to this app and still trying to figure out how to be a part of the community. Been using noom for almost a year and transitioning to mfp if I like it. I enjoy the community aspect of noom and want that moving forward. I would love to be a part of a motivating group.

The knee bone quote is right on. I can’t find a comfortable way to stack em now, guess I will try a pillow between them as I am a side sleeper all the way!

I just started mfp yesterday, transitioning from 10 months on Noom. Looking to stay accountable and have a community of like minded people to share with. I guess I should really start this as “August” but here goes for July 😊 June 2023 weight: 209 July Start Weight: 153.9 July Goal Weight: 150 Ultimate Goal Weight: 150…

I have been happy with noom, met my goal and learned a lot but it has run its course after 10 mths. I want to continue logging and getting more data regarding macros in particular protien. I'm glad my fitbit syncs with this too. I think I'm on a good track to maintain and continue to be successful. Hoping these communities…

I'm new to this app transitioning from noom. I think it may take some time to figure out how it all works, not as intuitive as noom but probly because I am used to how I was logging. Between the Android app and my tablet I think I'm getting it 😉
