I only get the panic attacks with one set of crutches, with my others and the frame I am okay (just frustrated at only being able to move a few feet before the pain is too bad).

Oh Gods, 8 weeks in bed, yep I would go insane as well! At least I am downstairs (although my seat is also currently my bed - got to love a riser/recliner chair!) Being used to pain does make things a little easier, but it is still annoying not to be able to do things.

Hmm non-alcoholic, that would be sparkling water or a large mug of tea. Alcohol, well that goes down the line of gin and tonic or cider (hard cider for Americans), and in the Winter months I am more likely to have red wine.

Not sure if you are still on here, but I am also shifting from SW back to calories counting (hence joining MFP) as hubby is having to seriously cut the carbs as he has diabetes type 2 and he wants to put it into remission, I am veggie (meat just tastes as though I am chewing the metal fork!), but I am trying to wean myself…
