  • Read the label and look at sugar. My breakfast is 1/2 banana, 1 cup of Chobani Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop of dymatize banana smooth protein powder, 1 tbsp of flax meal and 1/2 tbsp of chia. It is a power breakfast and starts my day off right! I buy plain and add flavor since those with flavor have so much sugar.
  • I do a double makers mark when out with the gang and that is good for the night. :) Low calories as well and no added sugars or syrups!
  • I hit a total of 110 pounds lost on Thanksgiving morning and then ate two Thanksgiving meals! I stood on the scale and was up but planning a major calorie burner at the gym tonight and I'll be extra good for the rest of the weekend with lots of working out to balance out the day of splurging!
