I didnt have a c-section but my son was ten lbs and I have a little pooch (loose skin) I dont think my tummy will ever be the same!! My stomach is the hardest part for me to tone : /

I do both. Its nice to go to the gym because I take classes and gain more motivation by the others that are in my class. I have a few videos at the house I do on days that I cant make it to the gym.

Ive also had this happen to me but Im not quiet sure why. I never experienced any pain and it was only on one foot. It was when I started to get into a really good excercise routine, previously I hardly ever worked out. It hasnt occured again though.

Do it slowly! Maybe for a few days walk there and ride back, then switch to walking both ways, eventually power walking both ways and someday running both ways ;) You can do it!!! :)

Ive done the 30 day shred off and on for close to a year now and I love it, although its easy to get burnt out on. I also, just recently bought the Tae Bo DVD workout and I gotta say I love it!! Its a bit lengthy but I am SWEATING by the end and I love kickboxing!! Its great to mix up things and try new workouts!!

Way to go! I am on day 10 of strictly water and I can definitely tell a big difference, especially in my energy levels. Im not really big on sodas but Im from Texas so I love my sweet tea! It is getting easier with each day to "water fast". I am hoping it gets me to my weight loss goal a lot faster!

GSP is by far one of my favorite fighters. I love the fact that he still brings a traditional mma feel to the octagon. The program looks interesting and challenging! I also like the fact that its circuit training.
