BOOT CAMP??
I did a boot camp class this morning at my gym for 50 minutes. The class included a lot of cardio and kickboxing. I dont know how to log this into my excercise tab. Every time I enter something in for example cardio or general cardio, 'no results' comes back (VERY FRUSTRATING) Please help me lol.
