Baked Parmesan Fish
Baked Parmesan Fish
3-4 pcs of tilapia ( you can use catfish too, or salmon)
1/3 cup ff mayo
1 tsp white wine worchershire
2 TB grated parmesan
Heat oven to 450. Mix mayo, WW worchershire and parmesan together to form a paste (sometimes I had chives or Baked potato toppers to the mixter). Rinse and dry fish and place in a pan that has been prepared with either Pam or olive oil. Brush the paste over the top of the fish and bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes and the top begins to brown. Sometimes I will sprinkle the fish w/more parmesan prior to baking.
