same here, Im just waiting on an MRI too. Its meant to be quite a big op but I think its done with keyhole surgery now, I think you are up and about on crutches within hours of surgery though, for 5/6 weeks, then further recovery time.I hope its something not as serious, as I am wishing with mine lol

If you are not too hung up on BMI etc then I wouldnt worry. Have you found that you actually look better? Do your clothes look better on you? If thats the case then you are doing ok. All the strength work you are doing is maybe making you keep your weight because of the muscle you are building? If you really want to see if…

Hi CoraGregoryCP, they are the same but are measured different, 1g of Salt = 400mg of sodium, companies use them to confuse us as to the amount that is actually in each product :-)
-
I do this quite regularly, and its often the sodium contents, the UK goods quite often have Salt content, not sodium, so people miss it off xxx

I started at 126 and im down to 114 abouts, im wanting to be 112. Im in Dundee! So I will add you. My advice though, take it steady, dont look to get pounds and pounds off every week, go for 1lb loss per week, drink your water and do your exercises. It will come off!

Its up to yourself if you do it 30 days straight, but sometimes your body needs a day off to recover. Just see how you feel, if you want a day off take a day off, just remember to do 30 days of it! Best wishes with it, you will notice the difference in your body very soon.

You havent got much recorded in your diary, have you just started loggin all your food. From what you have logged though, you need to eat at least 1200 calories minimum. You dont necessarily have to eat your exercise calories back that you have burnt, but you need to eat 1200 minimum. There are plenty posts about minimum…

Yup you will feel a difference definately, even after 3 days! Well done you!

i have about 3 to go. Ive changed my settings now so I am only to lose 0.5 lb per week and I havent changed what exercise I have been doing. Maybe change your settings to lose less per week and then change whatever exercise you are doing. Sometimes its not about the last few pounds, just see how your body is changing for a…

No you are definately not the only one that does this! :-)

Beetroot is good for going lol. Not pickled, just boiled, you just have to not worry when everything starts going a bit red lol, its just the beetroot colour!

keep going and do the modified versions - it does get better and soon you will be wondering what all the fuss was about! Remember you can rest, but for no more than 5 seconds! Good luck

been having a think. For Cardio, do lots of Jumping jacks and rope jumps, you can do them anywhere. They wont be really high calorie burning but they will get the heart pumping. Try for 5 minutes each and see if you can increase this as time goes on. I also saw a video clip for reverse crunches but i cant find it now but…

Defragment your drives. download a good Drive cleaner utility. Some have been mentioned. We use C Cleaner. Make sure these programs will clear your temp internet files too. If you go into Options on IExplorer you can delete these files without downloading these programs. Look for programs you dont use anymore and uninstall…

Hi MaryAnn i imagine that you are fairly getting your exercise over in that 'Sandy place'. Im not too much up on what exercises you can do, but maybe watch out for what you are eating. If its mess food, isnt that very high cals. carbs etc. Fill in your diary for a couple of weeks and see what it is saying and you maybe…

go to your doctors. I stopped in June thanks to a wonderful Quit Smoking group. The cessation ladies are brilliant. i am on patches and lozenges. The lozenges are great as they give you a sort of instant nicotine fix, and they usually last 30 minutes to an hour. They also help when you get food cravings, its not food you…

I have NOT lost any weight yet either. BUT I have noticed that the top tyre around my belly is going down and i feel a lot healthier! Yes, I do think it is…

the 3rd fitness plan does a lot of running in it, to build up stamina, it would be worth having a look. I havent been able to run since school, i just throw up after about 5 minutes when i try, so good luck for your run!
