logging weights
Can someone help? If I do 1 set of 20 chest flys using 2kg weights in each hand, do I log this in the exercises as 2/rep (kg) or 4/rep or is it registered in pounds? If pounds, would it be 4 or 8? thanks

30 Day shred problems, cardio bits
So far I am on day 14 of 30DS, on Level 2. I have had 1 day off. So far I have eaten near enough my daily calories, but i have about 400 or so exercise calories sitting there, do I have to eat them? Im not hungry. i have done this for the last week (my first week logging everything), is this right? Thanks :smile:
