Can someone help? If I do 1 set of 20 chest flys using 2kg weights in each hand, do I log this in the exercises as 2/rep (kg) or 4/rep or is it registered in pounds? If pounds, would it be 4 or 8?
thanks
thanks

The problem with logging weights is that it doesn't put in any calories or minutes. So the short answer is: Log it however makes the most sense to you.
EDIT: And I believe you can edit your settings to use either pounds or kilograms, so up to you!
Personally, I log mine as "strength training" in cardio so that my time lifting weights gets counted towards my calories and minutes goals.0
