Exercise Calories

So far I have eaten near enough my daily calories, but i have about 400 or so exercise calories sitting there, do I have to eat them? Im not hungry. i have done this for the last week (my first week logging everything), is this right?

I just go with the flow if im hungry I eat my exercise calories if im not I dont simples!!! I try not to overthink and just listen to my body!!

Your NET calories (on your home page) should be as close to the daily goal MFP set for you as possible.
Your REMAINING calories (on your homepage and food diary page) should be as close to zero as possible.
MFP builds in a deficit for you based on the information you gave it: height, weight, lifestyle, goal weight loss, etc.. All you need to do is follow the calorie goals it gives you.0 -
I physically can't eat my work out calories..it puts me to where I could eat a stuffed crust pizza! I would just let them be extra calories if you can't eat them! You'll lose more weight that way! As long as you are eating healthy nutrious stuff you calories become harder and harder to achieve!!!0

This is probably the best advise. You'll get both sides of the story..both just as convincing!!:huh:
Personally I try NOT to eat my excerise calories and I've been loosing weight steadily and am very happy. :happy:
However...some days I do. Listening to your body is the best advise (as long as it doesn't ask for chocolate and icecream EVERYDAY!!!:bigsmile:

Oops, I think I had better read all this! i dont think I could eat another meal, but it would be nice to have some supper! Thanks guys!
