  • Don’t give up! As cheesy as it sounds consistency is key. Once you start noticing changes, even minor changes (mine took me about a month to start seeing differences) you won’t want to stop.   • I was looking in the mirror at the gym and even though I’m early on in my health journey, I feel like my face is already looking slimmer. My double chin has always made me self conscious and it’s slowly getting smaller!!
