I JUST RAN MY FIRST 5K EVER!!! Disclaimer it was on an elliptical so idk if it counts to some people BUT that’s the farthest I have ever consistently ran! Under 300lbs!!!!
I did my weekly weigh in and I am officially under 300lbs! I know I still have a long road ahead of me but this is a massive milestone for me! Ahhh I literally teared up on the scale seeing the number not start with a 3 🥲 never again will I do that to my body.
