This is so random but it’s kind of a fun way to visualize how much weight you’ve lost- Google ‘what weighs ____lbs?’ Inserting the exact amount you’ve lost. Someone mentioned in another group they lost 6 lbs and someone else replied saying they lost a whole chihuahua haha!

For example- I have lost 23.2 lbs so far so I have lost a whole Yellowmouth Grouper, a 2.7 Bronco OEM factory muffler, and a Centerforce II clutch kit! 😂😂😂

I think it would be cool if it was common items you have around the house (idk like a banana, a chair, a printer, etc.) You could pick up and see exactly how much you have lost.
