Uh I can do more than a dozen in a matter of days.....but I consider a heavy drinker someone who does hard alcohol 8 times a week. I know college students who can drink a half bottle of jack daniel's whiskey a night x.x

Mushy cooked veggies!!!!! Can't eat veggie pizza, etc. if it's supposed to be crunchy or mushy, the opposite makes me gag lol

Always remember it's a game show. The goal is to lose as much weight as possible. Therefore, I doubt they do a whole lot of strength training and stuff that would make them maintain weight at all. It does give me motivation sometimes, as half of the women are +/-10 lbs from my current weight.

Full bags of chips. Fritos barbecue, sun chips, and lays bbq were frequent victims.

I've noticed this too. I've been on here for 2 or 3 years on and off, and this site went from "Let's motivate each other!" to "date, f-ck, or pass" crap. No one can post without being attacked or called names. I'm about done with this site, since I came for support. Sucks, but this is what happens when sites get popular…

Try your normal routine. I found my cramps lighten when I'm moving more. I only completely skip a day when I have a headache or respiratory issues.

Remember to breathe well!!! I find myself holding my breath unconsciously, and it gives me HORRIBLE headaches.

Some people feel more energetic if they eat an hour or two beforehand, others wait until afterwards, and still others do both. I would suggest you try and experiment yourself. Try a carby snack before and after, and a protein snack before and after, and see what works for you =)

40c/d, depending on style. I toss and turn a lot when I sleep.....rolling over on my nipple at 3am hurts....relaxing and getting ready for bed, I free the girls and let them relax til morning, but when I'm in public.....you bet your butt I'm wearing a bra =)

NEGATIVE!!! I can barely stand the smell, let alone think of eating it! The only thing I can really stomach (if I'm seriously desperate to get something in my stomach) are french fries. Boy do I regret eating them later.

Count sugars from corn syrups, artificial processed foods, cane sugar, etc. Fruit and veggie sugars are way better, unless you have issues like diabetes or whatever.

I have issues with what I *think* is exercise asthma. Tight chest, struggling to breathe after you've stopped, no issues outside of exercising or heavy activity, etc. I find intervals help to relax or stretch chest muscles, helping with breathing easier. Going hard for a minute or so, then slowing down for the next minute,…

I second roasted chickpeas!! I especially love red pepper flakes with them. Beans are delicious and versatile, spicy hummus with some greens, beans, a little cheese and a tortilla tastes AMAZING after a work out. If all else fails, maybe try a multivitamin specifically for iron and b12?
