im also 5'3" started at 152 on mfp, and am now around the 143 area, aiming for 123 but 130 would be a great place to be. i started in august but dont have many friends on here so am looking for some people with similar goals to me so feel free to add me =)

have u measured yourself? all this exercise is deffinitely causing ur muscle mass to increase. My first guess is that you are losing fat and gaining muscle, and thats the best thing you could do!

as long as it fits into your calorie intake it doesnt matter. My personal favourite is options hot chocolate. Its a really good sugar/something sweet fix. The smaller schets are like 40cal each and the slightly bigger ones are 60cal each. i have at least one every day and its been working for me, hope that helps
