Yes, when you have PCOS, your body requires a lot less calories then a normal person. For me that magic number is 1200 a day. I have to exercise almost every day, eat low carb and high protein diet. The weight is coming off slowly, but it's coming off. I actually lost about 45 lb in 2 years, working to lose another 30.

There is a huge difference in your belly. Just keep going and it will get down. I weigh around 175 right now and my belly is 33", it was 32", but I have been sick and no exercise, so it's back to 33". When I was 220, it was 40". Tomato products actually help you lose weight. If you love pasta sauce, try spaghetti squash. It's very low on carbs and when you dress it up with pasta sauce, it tastes like angel hair pasta! I love it.

Yes, I have tried it before and I really need to be consistent with it. It curbs appetite very well. You're supposed to have 1 tsp in 1 glass of water 30 min before your meal and after 30 min you're not hungry at all, so you eat very little. It's great! I use the organic kind, it tastes better then the regular one to me.

I've been doing the same thing plus I exercise 6 days a week. I have lost 16 lb so far. One trick: eat very light dinners, like a salad, low on dressing, etc. Also, make sure you eat a LOT of protein. Your body needs 2.5 grams of protein per 1 BMI point to lose weight.
