Just got my zip today in the mail. It is apart of a healthy living program with my job. I decided if I reach my weight loss goals by mid summer/fall I will invest in a Charge HR. How do you guys like it? What things should I know about the Fitbit site? I am a newbie altogether on Fitbit.

so, I found it pretty hard and went back to hip hop abs. Looks like we have a few more friends to start over. I will re-dedicate myself to doing this at least 2 times a week. It is a great work out. But even the "modified" version kicks your tail!!

Tried again this morning and got 5 minutes into that crazy 2nd round!! My abs are actually sore, so I know that this have some awesome results!

That was about as far as I got yesterday! I felt so bad! I am going to keep at it until I can work the whole level 1 through for a week before I move to level 2. I want it to be worth it. So first goal is to be able to do level one fully by week 3 so that I can move on to level 2

yeah, I am clearly overweight/out of shape. Now this is a challenge that I refuse to lose in a bad way! The workout kicked my butt. I am going to dust myself off and try again today. Had my heart rate up there!! Burn Calories burn!! Thanks for joining me spottedKathy!!

I just bought it this weekend. I wanted to do it 3 times a week in conjunction with my other workouts. How many times per week do you want to do this? How many times per weeks is it suggested?

The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout? I may have to look into that. I have fallen in love with Hip Hop abs and anything Leslie Sansone (Walk away the Pounds) does. Hard to get to the gym so I have to make my home a gym. :-)

I just got the EA Sports Active 2 for the family PS3 and I was thinking the calorie burn count had to be off also! I was sweating buckets! I loved the workout, it is just what I needed for home.
