I think some of you hit the nail on the head with thinking because my legs are strong, I am trying to push myself to hard to start, therefore killing my lungs off to early since they are not as 'seasoned' as my legs! Ok, so I started my lb & inch loss journey on Oct 18th 08, that was 36 days ago now. In that time I have gone from 190.5lbs - 178lbs and lost 7.5 inches :bigsmile: Here are my Day 1 & Day 36 (today) pics :bigsmile:

Hey guys & gals. I tried adding my TMT (Tony Hortons Ten Minute Trainer) carido & lower body exercises to the exercise diary yesterday but they wern't known, and also how do I know how many calories I've burnt off?! Can anyone help me?! I am sure its something simple... :flowerforyou:

Me & my hubby usually eat Pollock, not a hugely 'fishy' tasting fish. My hubby is not a huge fish fan y'see.
