I think you are eating to little. Yes, first such formula works just fine, but as soon as you get back to your old routine or even eat an extra 100cal, even more lb will come back. You should try some quality tea, not Lipton :) Lipton isn't even a tea! Try classic black, earl grey or green (my favorite ever is sour sep). I also add a teaspoon of honey and even milk sometimes, absolutely delicious. Marshalls has good teas sometimes, check it out.
