I've been slipping. I was pre-logging and very on top of things. But recently I have not been logging at all and I noticed that I'm not eatting what I should be eatting. Today is going to be different!!!! I'm going back to logging. Thanks for the thread. It's a good reminder. :happy:

Take it easy. weight loss is 70% what you eat, therefore you can take a break from exercising without gaining a lot of weight. Just remember to eat good quality foods and you will be just fine. :flowerforyou: Get better soon.

I think you are doing a wonderful thing. Yes they are jealous but mostly I think they are scared that their wife will make them do a little laundry now and then. I say if it works for you than great! Do it.

Thank you for posting this. I had a bad day today becaused I was being judged. Now I feel better that I'm not alone. (Far from it.) And I can have a good nights sleep. Tomorrow will be a better day. I can feel it.

I find the product called Lip Conditioner by Blistex works best for me. When you put it on and your lips are chapped you get a tingling feeling. If you put it on and your lips are not chapped you don't get that feeling. If it dos not tingle then you know that you don't need to apply any more.

I don't understand how you can consume 12 glasses of water to your daily routine. I consume 8 and find that difficult to manage.

Put the ones that you don't think you going to use in the freezer with a plastic freezer bag. They keep. Once frozen the skin will turn brown but the inside is safe and will taste good afterward.
