Not that I am aware of. I lost 40 lbs. last year and I was told by friends my head looked better. I guess it may have shaped it a little differently. Maybe there was body fat up there too. How many woman out there like the bald look on men?

I would agree with both posts. Lactic acid build up with the first thing on my mind when I read your post. This is very normal when someone just begins a new workout routine. A decent amino acid would actually help as well. I can't remember which 1 but I'm gonna look it up. I agree with the no pain no gain although you may…

Exactly, its a good starting point and its so informative. You can make healthy choices from what you have learned. For those of you who haven't read the book and as my Mother always says, "Don't knock it before you try it"!!!

No problem, thanks for asking. I'm doing it again because I was injured in the gym and had to have surgery to repair my rotatorcuff as well as a torn bicep. During the recovery I fell back into some old eating habits. I like the concept and I know it works. I just do the extreme portion of it to get where i want and then…

Once a week, it gives me a better sense of accomplishement of my week. If I do it more than that it doesn't feel like i am making great gains.

If your lower body feels like that listen to it and REST. Your body repairs itself when you rest, thats when the real results take place. You may want to consider taking a day off in the middle of the week from Zumba and replace it with a weekend day if your schedule allows. Otherwise you might burn yourself out. We will…

This is really gonna help you...... I agree with both but more so with "WinnerVic" posts for now. If your in the beginning stage of your diet I think your doing fine but eating healthy snack foods can add good calories to you diet while helping in other area like eating that banana....eat some nuts too. As you drop weight…

I agree with this because depending on the intensity of your weight lifting class you could really burn some calories and keep your heart rate levels up during the entire time. Keeping your heart rate level in the "FAT Burning" zone is what i would think that you would want (its what i want.) You get the best of both…

This is why its bad. How many ingredients are there? At face value, the sandwich contains just pork, onions, and pickle slices slathered in barbecue sauce and laid out on a bun. But the truth is, there are roughly 70 ingredients. The bun alone contains 34, says TIME's Melnick. In addition to chemicals like ammonium sulfate…

This really might not be advice but its like going back to the gym. Once you start going it gets a little easier the next time after and then you wonder if why you even stopped. Other thing is.....have you tried just foreplay to start out with. Maybe that will get the wheels spinning. Good luck.

That would be awesome. I too use to complete but those days are over for me. I'm sure i will have some questions though, lots has changed since then. Add me if you'd like.

I'm from San Antonio and have also lived in Austin. It is a blast. Where are you moving from?

Your exactly right. That burns a lot of calories and it helps pass the time away. You can even do it while you watch TV. Something i do is where some sweats during skipping rope. But if your just starting out don't try this. work yourself up to it. Good Luck.

Michelle, Hi I'm David. I too use to be very active until around Thanksgiving of 2011. I had surgery on my rotatorcuff and was out till about May 2012. I just recently started back on my diet and workout regimine. I too am looking for some friends and have good knowledge of diets and exercise. If you need anything feel…

Yes I do. This helps me. Try Sugar free jello. Also, if your a coffee drinker the caffeine release insulin so it makes you hungry and in some cases it gives you a need for sweet stuff. Pick up the South Beach Diet book. They have a lot of great alternate ways of fighting sugar cravings. And they have some great recipes…

I've done stain glass work for 7 years. I usually give my pieces away for gifts because for the amount of work you put into it people don't want to pay for what its really worth. I have photos but not handy but when I find them I will post.
