    Michelle, Hi I'm David. I too use to be very active until around Thanksgiving of 2011. I had surgery on my rotatorcuff and was out till about May 2012. I just recently started back on my diet and workout regimine. I too am looking for some friends and have good knowledge of diets and exercise. If you need anything feel free to ask. I will tell you what works for me and some other people i know that i have helped in the past. Good luck.
