I started 4 weeks ago at 278.8lbs, (5'6" ish) I'm down to 271.2 now...slowly but surly losing weight :) I feel like a huge pumpkin when I see pics of myself or look at my reflection. I can help cheer you on, you can do this!!!

Thank you guys! I did MFP before but with no extra exercise and lost weight...but doing it the way I am I have so much energy and feel so happy after I do my workouts! I had the same question. I was told to log in under cardio as "circuit training" for 20 min since the first 5 and last 5 are warmup/cool downs :) hope that helped!

I did this for almost a week, however...had wisdom teeth surgery and was unable to do crazy activity for few days...and then fell off the bandwagon. Today I started the 30 Day Shred again and used myfitnesspal. I love both of these! I can't wait to see how much I lose whether it's pounds, inches or both! I'm around 273lbs…
