Get an iPods, download crazy fun club music, and work it out on the elliptical/treadmill. My song suggestions would be lmfao, black eyed peas, maybe some hat core rap or rock... Fun stuff at makes you want to move. I think people know I'm jamming out, but I've stopped caring! ;)

I am also doing low carb and its really working.. I eat a lot of eggs, baked chicken, cottage cheese and veggies. I know that you gain weight after reintroducing them, but I pretty much plan on never introducing them back they way they dominated my diet before. Its just like alochol and sweets, it needs to be in moderation.

I'm proud of myself cause I'm still logging into MFP everyday, I'm proud that I think my legs are getting smaller and I'm proud that even though I feel like crap I amstill going to the gym. :) Thank you for changing my mood around.
