Thanks for replies all! I have been hitting up protein shakes, but even there I have been using water instead of milk, which only comes out to around 280 cals or so. I'll probably start putting olive oil/nuts/avocados in to the mix. I love them, and seems an easy way to up the cals when needed, and i've seen them…

I have a hard time basing my results off ot the scale alone. Weight can fluctuate a lot, and there are many factors that can contribute to that. Personally I go by my BF%, and how I look in the mirror more than my current lb's. My scale I use can (at least somewhat accurately) measure these things for me, and eases my mind…
