Okay a lot of you guys are really into this and I can only strive to achieve your miles but I am happy with what I (we) accomplished this weekend. I did my first ride of over 10 miles. Hubby rode with me and we did a local trail racking up a whopping 11 miles! I'm ecstatic!!!

I'm glad I saw this. I have just started riding and like it so much more than the treadmill! I don't have the skills or stamina yet that many posters to but I'm in for 100 miles. I really think I can do a lot more but I'll make this for my start.

you can buy boneless skinless thighs as well. Of course, I'm sure you already know the fat content in legs and thighs is higher to the best of my knowledge. good luck oh, the cat....agree with previous post probably wouldn't give to cat but I guess you could make a broth with it????
