Got my meta and started looking through the materials. The diet is crazy! I was planning to use it as inspiration, but now I don't think I'll even do that. I need more food, more variety, etc. I'm sure people are successful on it, but it's too drastic for me. Hopefully I'll get decent results without following the diet.…

We've had a lot of food events at work the past two weeks, and it's been crazy busy. I haven't been eating well or worked out as much as I should. It's hard when you have less to lose because everything makes a huge difference. Cici

Been a crazy two weeks and I've eaten too much junk. Ready for next week when I can get back on a plan. Not sure if i want to do Atkins/induction, but definitely need to add more protein and cut back on carbs. I just feel gross right now and I'm tired of it. I like mine a lot. I have a bodybugg, but didn't use it because I didn't want it to be seen. I can hide the fitbit easily. :) I use it as a calorie burned tracker, then use Lose It for my food log. (Here I just use the forums - more active than the others.) Cici

I've thought about getting the mat workout to try her out. I don't want to go for the whole program yet, but the mat workout could be added to my current gym classes, I think. My goal is to drop a size, so I'm very interested in workouts that help you get smaller faster. :) Cici

Could be. Try washing your face as soon after your workout as you can. This was recommended to me by the girl who did my facial a few weeks ago. Cici
