  • There is no such thing, look at any bodybuilder or athlete they take mass amounts of protein, through meals shakes and more, having more then the set number they give you is actually a great thing if your planning on doing any sort of weights or work out in general, i go over my protein every day for the most part, since i…

  • I have the same problem, being i only ate that much, but after doing research and such, i learned that i need to/ you need to eat at least a bit mode, since your body will go into a starvation mode, so try and eat more, at least have 1200 calories a day is what i heard is good for me minimum ( total i should have 1620)
  • That's great to hear that your decided to turn to a health lifestyle, i believe my turning point was that for so long id avoid mirrors or pictures and think just normally that for some strange reason the photo would just get a bad "angle" and more but generally along those lines. My friends also wouldnt say anything about…
  • I do go to the gym, and i know its sad to say but I'm following the BMI so at 150lbs it shows me as still in the normal zone which i understand is full of croc but still... , and i do ignore protein since for building muscle mass i know i need as much as i can get and it really causes no harm. The only problem is in order…
  • If you can, try out swimming, one of the best exercises you can do, works your entire body and is a great way to get a nice toned body one of the best exercises i have ever done, burns a ton of calories as well. My favorite though, i would have to say is boxing being you can get out all your unwanted stress or anger in day…
  • So far with my daily total i have consumed a net of 1148 calories, 1302 total and that is without me going jogging or swimming , just boxing for about 20 minutes.... I'm over my daily protein limit, and im almost on par with my carbs, just cannot get much more calories or fat required for the life of me.
  • To be honest the BMI guide is exactly that just a guide, for me being my age and my height ( 6ft approx at 190 lbs) im at a 25.77% and i am technically .77 % to being considered borderline normal/overweight. For the most part it is very hard to reach the standards given out by the BMI, since they are unrealistic and i have…
  • i may be wrong but i believe there is no direct correlation in sweating and burning calories, since alot of people can sweat just sitting outside.
  • I am eating breakfast i usually have, two servings of oatmeal and a protein shake ( if i dont have it later in the day so the shake is depending) i usually have a very heavy intake of fruits carbs, and protein, i just manage to not have the calories or fat that is given to me by MFP by... a severe amount it seems
  • See thats my problem though is throughout the day i will have snacks usually my whey isolate powder, fruits, oatmeal, so its not like I'm purposely starving myself, but by the end of the day, ill feel completely fine and full, and those are the results.... im going to be posting what i did today on this link, and like any…
  • The best of luck to you, and i hope your able to do it :)

  • 1) for the 6 meals a day, I'm unsure as I've always been told that you need to have small minor snacks, approx 2 hours apart 2) always eat breakfast, its a proven fact that it helps and should never be skipped. 3) if your eating later then 5 its not to much of a worry as long as it isn't so late that your meal is still…
