  • HI all! Should I be focused more on calories or do I need to focus on everything like Carbs, Fat, protein, etc? I'm finding that I'm meeting my calorie goal for the day ( sometimes a little over) but Everything else is always over what my goal should be. Any advice would be appreciated. :happy:
  • Also the tools tab on mfp has the calculator too, but I find that I'm getting different numbers from different sites, so at least I know the range I'm in
  • Check out www.bmr-calculator.net .....after you input your info it will calculate your BMR. I'm not sure how accurate this is, but at least you'll have an idea. :happy:
