I have a question
HI all! Should I be focused more on calories or do I need to focus on everything like Carbs, Fat, protein, etc? I'm finding that I'm meeting my calorie goal for the day ( sometimes a little over) but Everything else is always over what my goal should be. Any advice would be appreciated. :happy:

I normally work out 4-5 times a week. It usually consists of 30-45 minute treadmill at a speed of 3.0 and incline up to 10. I'll also do resistance bands every other day. Water intake
Ok I hope this doesn't sound dumb....once in a while I'll have an 32 oz ice coffee. Does the water in my drink count for my water intake for the day?
