Go to on demand then sports and exercise then you will see alot of choices on different videos. it changes every few weeks.

Try walking or getting on a treadmill for 10 minutes or so. It cramped my legs teribly unitl I started warming them up before I started the video

Go home and take a long brisk walk. Stop by the gym and work out. That will help!

I used to substitute lowfat plain yogurt for the mayo. i have served it at several BBQ's and no one knew the difference!
