Try walking or getting on a treadmill for 10 minutes or so. It cramped my legs teribly unitl I started warming them up before I started the video

Go home and take a long brisk walk. Stop by the gym and work out. That will help!

I used to substitute lowfat plain yogurt for the mayo. i have served it at several BBQ's and no one knew the difference!

Level 1 with all the jumping and stating hurt an old calf injury and the stating killed the knees- I am old though (50) I found level two easier believe it or not!

I think it is totally unrealistic because it does not take into consideration of bone structure or if yu are muscular. Muscle weighs more than fat!
