This is an amazing feat. Just found this thread. I can't remember ever logging more than 15 days before I forget to log or get distracted. You are truly motivated.

Yesterday was a fairly good day; got a 2 mile walk in even though it was hot. Joan6630, I can relate. It's a holiday weekend which sometimes brings me down. I have tons of time on my hands so I'm going to get busy. Got more than half the laundry done yesterday, logged my food until dinner. We ate out and I didn't get what…

Just found this thread and want to join in. Just for today, I plan to: 1. Walk at least 2 miles 2. Log my food 3. Drink my water 4. Clean at least one room in the house . . . JUST FOR TODAY. Let's see if I can do this.

Did not get to walk today but it was great walking weather. In the low 70's here. Hope to walk early morning tomorrow. Just checking in.

7/2/14 - Walked 2 miles late evening on a country road. Beautiful weather even if it did sprinkle a little rain jus.t as I entered our driveway.

Count me in. Goal would be to walk a minimum of 3 days a week and a minimum of 2 miles per walk.

Ditto on the "you can do it!" Remember on those difficult days to NOT beat yourself up if you slip a little now and then. We're here and ready with supporting words and ideas.

Thirty minute work out at lunch: 8 minute warmup on treadmill and 20+ minutes light strength training then grab a quick bite of lunch and back to work. YES!
