    Im a ittle late but I need a challenge. I have a great pedometer that come with my health ins. incentive plan and I need to up my steps. I will only count dedicated walks in this challenge. I've been so bad about my exercise lately. So I would like to do 6 miles a week for the rest of the month for a total of at least 24 miles. That should be about 280 min for me.

    Good morning everyone! I didn't log yesterday's miles I did four!!! and today I did 2.5 but only counting 2.

    Day 7 for me ... total for the month since joining .... 18 miles

    I just walked 3.14 miles in 63 minutes. I had to slow down the last mile because of a sore hip.
    Total for 2 days is 6.14 miles.

  • Wow, I really need to get in gear. I think I am going to change mine to steps per month. I have a fitbit and that is easier to track for me!!! Will post goals and stats later today!!

    Ok cruising right along!!!! I'm at 23.03 so far this month!!!! Loving it, feeling so much healthier :) hopefully be ready for a big hike next year :)

    Walked for 4 hours with a 10 pound backpack (water pack). It was only 4.6 miles, but the terrain was rugged and it was done at night. Also, saw a Mountain Lion and her two cubs. :)

    I will join (late I know.) Anyone can add me if they like, I am looking for more people trying to loose some weight and maintian weight.

    I challenge myself to walk an extra mile aday, outside of normal activities. (Its hot so I can't do to much since I have a toddler to drag along) and also 10 miles a week. So that I will walk extra on cooler days/morning on the weeknds and such.

    Today I plan on taking my son on a wagon trip around the neighborhood. Yesterday I found out my Beach bikes gears wont change out of 5th gear and I rode two miles with it like that. I am s-o-r-e today!
