Start with a good/healthy breakfast...this, at least for me, usually sets the pace for the rest of the day. Take your own fruit/veges to the beach. I burn about 250 per day w/ a fast-paced walk every morning. For me it's the consistency that matters. Also, working out first thing in the morning gets your metabolism going.

Bump. Not great with the lingo -- hopefully this will help find this link easily :) I had to ask other members what "bump" means ! Looking forward to starting -- this week. My muscles need a day to recover from the initial test.

I was hungry the first week. Drink plenty of water & add protein -- protein keeps you full longer. You can do this !

You can do this !!! It's one day at a time. I personally have to eat snacks so that I do not get too hungry & overeat. Log in as often as you can. Track everything & log it -- even the 1/2 of the cookie. I can see you are the same age as I am. The weight does not just drop off anymore...at least that is what I am experiencing. This site is very helpful in figuring calorie counts & I love the fact that you can type in recipes and the stats…
