There's a lot of protein in meats, eggs and beans. . .if you like hummus it also has a lot of protein.

You should deffinately take an iron supplement. Are you eating other meats? If not you may want to add protein shakes to your diet as well.

I love to hike! Haven't done it in years though. My goal is to hike Mt Marcy, the highest peak in the Adirondacks, again. Its so beautiful at the top, amazing view! =o)
