  • Have you thought about doing any low impact resistance band training? this may help with some weight loss/toning and not be too intense for your condition.
  • This may sound silly but I take the one a day adult multivitamin that are chewable gummies. They taste pretty good, so I almost look forward to taking them which helps me not to forget. They also have one that has the omega-3 as well.
  • Some people react differently to birth control pills and can put on weight. I don't suggest just stopping the medication without consulting your physician.   • You could always try a baked chicken with some whole grain/long grain rice in the crock pot with some carrots or other vegetables.
