I have some vivobarefoot ( similar concept) they are for barefoot running, therefore NO SUPPORT. You have to change the way you run in these or they hurt like hell! Mine were not cheap, so research before you buy! I however do recommend.

Still on the bullet proof rough day 25 - tried the mct oil for a few days, but it gave me really bad cramps randomly through the day - so be careful with the MCT!

Fasting really does seem to offer some benefits, but im curious about "hunger sounds" - the thing id find hardest is if I were sat next to somebody and my stomach rumbled the whole day. Does this stop naturally, or is it just the price you pay?

Hi All, just joined this group and love reading all the ideas. Ive tried bulletproof for the last few days ( today is my 4th) and I feel fantastic with it. It coincided with my drop in carbs so not sure which is causing the effects, but would highly recommend it!

I make strawberry and banana - strawberry flavorded protein + water, then a little mix, then add the banana and give it full blast. If I were you Id initially mix with water otherwise the powder will make a mess in the blender. dfb.

I tend to find that my results come in clumps - a big change all at once, then tends to stagnate for a while before cycling again.

Yeah good luck with it. After I saw FSaND I really wanted to try it also, Im normally very skeptical, but this one I believed. I would really like to try it but am unable to take a week off ( I also believe you would need to.) Let us know how it goes!

That does sound yummy, how do you poach your eggs? I really struggle - infact the only way I am able to is to break the egg into a sandwich bag, then pop that in boiling water.
