  • LA Fitness (Used to be Urban Active) in St. Matthews. It is on my way into work so I get guilt pangs when I drive by if I haven't planned on working out that day.

  • I use the generic store brand fat-free small curd; I usually mix it with pears, but it is really good with tropical fruits as well. It is also pretty good with a pepper sprinkled on it. I buy the variety pepper grinder from Kroger and have fresh ground pepper and cottage cheese as a snack sometimes.
  • I've lost the same 5-10 pounds for the last 2 years. Hoping to break into the next 'decade' of weight before spring. I have 23 pounds to lose.
