I might be nearing it. But my calorie intake is 1388 I lessened it a bit. I do yoga and I do as much exercise as I can do to fibromyalgia. Thats y i avoid arm weights as much as possible, although i have to sometimes cause im trying to get rid of the bat wings lol. But i work out with cardio and my legs are already huge.

I gain muscle quick, i know when i gain muscle and thats my body type i always have been muscular it doesnt take much to gain it for me. I know my body.

I have only lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks and i have a 1500 calorie limit and work out 3 to 4 times a week

The only foods i gotta be careful on is red meat cause of high liver enzymes, cholesterol, and sugar for my glucose. It sucks.

yeah i can be an emotinal eater i have been very depressed lately and my weight isnt help i know i need more protein but i cant afford certain foods cause i do not have the money for it and if i dont work some junk food like PIZZA or COCO PUFFS then my craving will get worse at least i work it into it. i will never fast if i dont eat for a certain amount of time i start to shake and i shake bad to the point where i will eat anything in sight when i have low blood sugars so not a good idea lol
