I'm not sure either, but I think that since you wouldn't be gaining extra exercise calories that you'd stick to your normal 1200?? I have no idea if that's right tho...lol... I'm curious to see others answers too:)

After my first day of doing 30 day shred I could hardly walk too, and going down the stairs was torture. I pushed thru it the next day and the day after and I'm on my 6th day now. Happy to say I can make it down the stairs without having 2 feet on each step...lol. Stick with it if you can, it'll be worth it and your legs…

I've been doing it everyday. My legs and arms are sooo sore, but that means it's working. Remember to get plenty of sleep at night, cause that's when those muscles start healing. And I take a rest day once a week. Good Luck!!

Yeah you get a calorie count, just wasn't sure how to log it on my exercise diary. If you can just add em up and log it that'll work for me:) Thank you!

When my son is napping I turn on a good show and walk in place for so long then do some push ups, then I'll jog in place, then do some crunches. I don't get bored cause I keep switching and I feel like I got 2 workouts in cause I do curves in the evening. Hoped that helped. Good Luck!!

That's funny I was raised a Spartan fan, my husband is die hard Blue and we just moved back to Michigan from Lincoln, Nebraska...lol!!
