My problem was the soreness and I just gave up.....I got to level 1, day 3!! I am going to pick it up again, and I am going to get through all 30 days!! I need tips to get rid of being sore. Same here.....I buy the small bag of coleslaw mix and use it in everything, like ground turkey with the slaw mix and frozen veggies (kinda like an egg roll without the wrapper, super yummy. Or just boil/steam it, however you perfer. I usually get a bag and use it (myself) for about 3 days and it stays pretty fresh.

My new fav snack is TLC pita chips with a smidge of chuncky peanut butter and a small slice of bannana on top. Supper easy and yummy treat. 11 chips is a serving, I use 2 tbsp of PB and 1 bannana. I just did Day 1 yesterday and could barely walk, even was a horrible experiance just to sit and pee!! She is a killer (on my legs), my arms are okay but I use 4 pound weights and always use them when I am on my treadmill, so I am kinda used to them (no pain there). Could not do Day 2 today but I will get back into it…

1st day of 30DS kicked my butt, I can hardly wor but I managed to do 30 minutes on teh treadmill afterwards. But I am TOTALLY out of shape too!! So if you are in pretty good shape u should be fine. Good luck I wish I can......or better yet can't wait until I can do a variety like that without dying!! LOL.

I brush a little olive oil, with salt and pepper, than I make a combo of wheat bread crumbs and parm cheese and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Super yummy, just like fried zuccinni with a lot less fat and calories!! I have also sauted onion, spinach, and zuccinni with egg for a yummy veggie scramble.
